Refunds & cancellation

We'd rather earn your church's trust every month than trap anyone in a contract. Here is exactly how cancelling and refunds work.

The free trial

The 14-day build trial needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, so there's nothing to cancel or refund.

How to cancel

Email us from the account owner's address, or use the billing page in your dashboard once self-serve billing is switched on. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your site and tools keep working until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and won't renew again. We don't refund part of a month you've already started.

Yearly plans

• Cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment (the first one or a renewal) and we refund the full amount.
• After 30 days, the plan runs until the end of the paid year and then stops. We don't refund the rest of the year.
• We email you 30 days before every yearly renewal, so you have time to decide.

Setup and other one-time services

If you paid for setup help and we haven't started, you get a full refund. Once we've started, we refund the part we haven't delivered.

Prepaid texting and AI credit

Credit is prepaid and can never create a debt. Unused credit doesn't expire while your account is open. It isn't cash and can't be withdrawn. If we stop offering the service, or close your account through no fault of yours, we refund unused credit.

If a payment fails

We tell you right away and give you 14 days to update your payment details. Your site stays up during that time. If it's still unpaid afterwards, your public site rests (visitors see a simple "back soon" page) until it's sorted out. Your data is never deleted because of a late payment.

After you leave

Your data stays available to export for 60 days after your account closes. Then it's deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Gifts made to a church

Refunds for gifts are decided by the church that received them. See our Giving policy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or card company.
